About the
altitude simulator
What is an altitude simulator?
An altitude simulator is an exclusive wellness pod that replicates the effects and benefits
of high altitude in a fraction of the time.
How does it work?
Individuals sit in a wellness pod and experience gentle atmospheric pressure changes.
The system uses precision robotic controls to cycle the pressure inside the pod, creating the altitude simulation experience. These dynamic pressure changes are designed to support relaxation, boost energy, and promote overall well-being.
Who does it help?
Designed for anyone seeking to enhance well-being — including those living with conditions such as ALS, MS, chronic pain, spinal cord injuries, or dementia — our non-invasive wellness sessions promote more efficient breathing and support a renewed sense of comfort, balance, and vitality.
The story
behind FirstServe Wellness

Founder, Taran Sondhu
Taran Sondhu, founder of FirstServe Wellness, knows pain firsthand. A lifelong athlete and tennis player, a severe lower back injury sidelined him completely.
At just 18, he underwent the first of several surgeries in hopes of regaining mobility. While the procedure was successful, the nerve pain never fully disappeared—marking the start of a long road toward recovery and maintenance.
Searching for relief beyond surgery and pain medication, Taran discovered a altitude simulator technology that used rapid pressure changes to boost recovery in athletes. After trying it himself, the results were remarkable. The improvement sparked a question: if this technology could help his back, could it also help others living with chronic or neurological conditions?
That realization led him to begin gathering data and research on its effects in people with chronic pain, ALS, MS, dementia, and athletes.
